Rated 1 out of 5?by Bryan DO NOT RENT HERE Do NOT Lease Here. I rented for 18 months. The last 2 months I wanted to break my lease because I was getting married and needed a bigger place. It was either a $2000 break lease fee OR I could sublet. I found a renter for the last 2 months, gave up my deposit and left. I removed my name from utilities and a year later, I received a garnishment for $578.00 for a judgement from Crossing at Daybreak. Turns out the Apartment manager forgot to take my name off of CUBS (community utilities), and my renter did not pay the $169.00 in water and sewage. No one called me. No summons. Just a judgement. They STILL won't return my call. I guess Im out $600 for their mistake. This place is a joke and I am telling my story anywhere and everywhere. Im considering an attorney to sue them for destroying my credit. I was about to buy a house but now, Ill need to wait another year in my home rental down the street from the complex in Daybreak.
