Rated 3 out of 5?by Rawr21 Very beautiful location Pros: Got a great move in special. Very beautiful location located on a golf course and very close to a hospital. I like the layout of the apartment. There are plenty of amenities to take advantage of! Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a 24 hour store/ATM that's very neat. It provides items you would expect in a vending machine and some small groceries. Its great when you don't want to go to the local grocery store or convenience store. I love it here, but would like to see more positive changes. Cons: I don't watch TV and all residents are required to pay for their service. The apartments grounds are poorly maintained. There are land mines of dog feces and cigarette buds all along the property. My last apartment cleaned their dog run everyday so I do expect it to be maintained especially with the health issues it may pose. It should be a great concern. I had a puppy die of Parvo for this same reason. Feces can attract a lot of diseases for people and other animals not to mention it can become airborne. Would like to see more waste baskets and enforce pet polices. If you guys contact DoodyCalls, they take can take away waste weekly at no charge. Please check it out. If you guys were able to fix this issue I would love this place even more. Got to keep the apartment grounds beautiful along with the beautiful golf course view. As for parking, it can be difficult at night. I work late and after 9 pm, its hard to find a spot near your apartments sometimes but not a big deal because I like to walk. I'm used to living in a quiet house so I can't complain a lot about noise. I can easily hear people outside my door, whether they are talking, kids playing or a neighbor coming down the stairs but i figured that's normal for any apartment. January 26, 2013
