Rated 1 out of 5?by The Wise Viking Go somewhere else My family and I moved in because we needed a place quick and it was the least expensive option at the time. I have lived in entirely too many apartment complexes in my lifetime and I can say this is tied for the worst complex I have ever lived in. Good luck submitting a maintenance request unless you don't mind calling every day to see what is taking so long. The office staff used to be great but went out of their way to fire the nice ones and hire a group of people trained in the art of dirty looks every time you go through their office or use the pool table they have set up for the residents. We also lived by residents who were an older couple with no children who took a 3 bedroom apartment in a building with 5 families with multiple children who run and play. Every time they complained we were sighted and "warned" without any investigation or asking for our side of the story. There were a couple occasions where our kids were out of control and we accept that, but the majority of time it wasn't us. I would chose any of the other complexes nearby, if your budget can handle a slightly higher rate avoid this place like the plague, if you cannot and you live here anyway, prepare to be January 15, 2013
