Rated 4 out of 5?by Nice place to live I lived at lakeside for a number of years, and was basically satisfied living there. It has a nice courtyard, and you can walk to the grocery store, drugstore, Walmart, etc. if you want to. It is also near the Family Sport Center and a number of restaurants. The apartments are older, but decent. My only gripe was that they are poorly insulated, so utility bills are much higher than what you pay in a newer complex with double windows and good insulation. I never had a problem with noise, but I lived on the top floor .with only one neighbor on one side. Who the manager is can also make a difference - I've seen good and bad over the years. Nevertheless, I would still live there, but the rent which is raised every lease renewal, got to be too much for me. April 26, 2013

Lakeside Apartments is a beautiful community located within close distance of the Guadalupe River and Guadalupe Park. We pride ourselves in providing prompt maintenance, a pleasant living environment, and a friendly, welcoming staff. Small pets are welcome. We would like to invite you to tour our community.
