Rated 1 out of 5?by Heather Poor Office Staff I had lived in Foxmoor for a little over two years. I recently moved out due to relocating for school. I have never had any problems that were not quickly resolved while living there and would have highly recommended Foxmoor to any incoming residents. However, my move out process was a nightmare. Although the office staff appears friendly and easy to talk to, they are only after making quick money. I had received my deposit back and was not given a full refund for late fees that had already been paid. After it was all said and done, I payed the late fees TWICE resulting in extra money in Foxmoor's pocket. I had to contact the staff on multiple occasions to finally reach a conclusion that there was nothing they were willing to do since I had already moved out and my account was closed. I hope this does not happen to any current or future residents. After living there for over two years, it is unfortunate that they are more willing to make quick cash then treat their former residents well. August 1, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by Shoe Good Apartments, but HORRIBLE Staff I lived in these apartments for almost 2 years. Let me quickly say the apartments and amenities are very nice, but way overpriced compared to similar apartment units. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until after I signed my lease. I renewed a year later with a 10 month lease (minimum) not wanting to have to move multiple times and didn't realize they were going to JACK up the monthly rent until I had no other choice but to renew the lease. I bought a house and went to them 3 MONTHS early to try and work something out to come to a mutual early termination agreement. Didn't see it as a big deal since I was a loyal customer for over a year and was giving them ample time to re-rent the unit. After having to talk with THREE different staff members I ended up having to pay over $700 in termination fees, forfeited my $400 deposit, and pay $175 in carpet cleaning fees. I was okay with this since I figured it was the end of the road. I had a $250 cat deposit that I was due back. After going through final cleaning checklist (which they are 100% rude and degrading about our cleaning job on the apartment making us feel very offended) I could do some last minute touch up to verify I didn't have to pay any outrageous cleaning fees... Well after already forfeiting $1275 just to get out a few months early, I got pegged with a $40 tub cleaning fee and was only credited $210 back!!!!! Are you kidding me! The tub was cleaner than when we moved in almost 2 years ago! I will NEVER recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know and have never been so upset with degrading and insulting management. I honestly couldn't sleep at night if I was part of the staff that treated me that way... And to top it off, other people moved in to the same unit the VERY next day so they were able to pocket over $1300 from me, for being a LOYAL customer.. April 16, 2013
