I recently had an issue with my screen door one evening that I was unable to open as it seemed locked. Someone came immediately to use a tool so I could get in.The next day they came and put in a new door element. Problem solved

All the people in the office were very receptive and attentive to all my requests. Also, the apartment is in great shape and the extras they provided (dishwashing and laundry pods, and disinfected wipes. Also the bottled water) were a total help during the move. The neighbors are friendly and I look forward to my time here and would recommend this complex to anyone looking.

My daughter and I just moved in a couple of days ago, and I am impressed with how quiet the apartment is. From day one, Tina and Brittany (office staff) have been very friendly and helpful and are good with follow up communication. Overall, a very positive experience!!

The caring staff and friendly residents at Powder Mill Apartments have all helped to create a warm, welcoming, and safe community for my kids and me during this time of transition in our lives. The apartments are spacious, private, quiet, and extremely well maintained, with prompt replies to requests for service. We love the pool, tennis court, beautiful landscaping, trees, picnic areas, and great sledding hills, as well as the fun social and recreational activities that are offered every month. We also enjoy the convenient location in relation to restaurants, shopping, banking, gas stations, health care providers, school, and work. We sold our home nine years ago and looked at many rental properties to semi-retire into. Upon visiting Powder Mill Apartments, there was no question in our minds that we would live anywhere else! From the lovely landscaping, the incredible management staff, the most competent maintenance personnel imaginable, to the beautiful and spacious interiors, nine years later we are still residing at Powder Mill Apartments and this truly is our home!

I have lived here for a little over 2 years., since I first moved to York. My experience has been wonderful! The office staff is all very helpful and friendly, the maintenance teams responds very quickly to any issue that comes up, and goes to great lengths to take care of them. There are many other amenities that add to the overall experience of living here, including a well-maintained pool, community events like tailgates, pool parties and outings to local places. I would highly recommend Powder Mill, especially to a new resident in York!

I highly recommend Powder Mill Apartments for long term or short term leases. In short, updated appliances, thick walls (huge bonus very quiet), very spacious, clean, and plenty of parking and safe. The staff at PM were very accommodating. We did not provide them with much notice prior to moving in but they went above and beyond to assist us in making that happen. Excellent location close to the stores and restaurants , traffic was never a problem. The complex is nicely landscaped providing a quiet and private outdoor space. The pool was always clean and a fun spot to hangout. If you have kids an added bonus is they are located in one of the best school districts. We attended some of their activities and parties, which were always a lot of fun. They are very community oriented they provide a ton of activities for the residents . We owe a HUGE thanks to the property manager Melissa and Suzie for making our stay at Powder Mill so enjoyable.
