Rated 1 out of 5?by longtimeresident Not good value for the money For what they're asking, there is too much emphasis on external stuff that may appeal to new renters but is meaningless once you move in - really, are you going to use the resident lounge or the 'Pet Spa?' I don't even know what a pet spa is. Meanwhile, two years since the new management took over and the boilers are still on their last legs, the security backdoor entrance has been broken (and accessible to anyone) for months, and the parking lot gates are broken almost every day. The mouse and roach problem is not as bad now in my unit; others it seems would disagree. You're at the mercy of your neighbors; if they're noisy you're just going to have to put up with it. And the office staff - well, I never know what my total rent is going to be month to month and apparently neither do they. May 14, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5?by Rain YUKK My daughter moved there for about 7 months, and I got her out. Why? Roaches and lots of them, water too hot too cold, or doesn't run at all, Toilet makes loud banging sounds day and night. Thin walls. Mold. Flooring is major gross, they paint over everything and don't clean first, even the tubs are painted! Kitchens have NO counters... just a sink and a frig, thats it. The building has major leaks and damage, just looking at the basement which is a major entry... its pretty bad. March 14, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5?by Chris DO NOT LIVE HERE This is the worst apartment complex ever. Maintenance does not respond to requests. I have requested them to fix the water 5 times. It has been over 3 months since I have taken a shower at a steady water temperature. There are cockroaches everywhere. There is mold in the walls that they have done NOTHING about. If you value the safety and health of you and your family, do not live here. December 18, 2012
