Rated 4 out of 5?by Very good overall, but YMMV Pros - 3 story townhomes with large open floorplans available, appliances above apartment-average inc. full size washer/dryer, high ceilings, pets allowed, pet park, abundant storage and closets, tiled bathrooms, large windows, bedroom ceiling fans, window treatments, gas fireplace, nice landscaping, multiple playgrounds, tennis courts, pool, gym, clubhouse, great surrounding area, 1 hr to Phila or King of Prussia, 20 mins to Doylestown, shopping close by, walking path that connects to community path, great maintenance staff, responsive front office, good cell signal inside, wired for cable, Verizon Fios available. Cons - many units have issues with bad insulation on 2nd floor along with poorly designed HVAC resulting in too hot in summer and too cold in winter. The faux stone facade which gets hot in the sun adds to the problem, shared walls are thin and allow neighbor noise to be heard (people yelling, cabinet doors slamming etc), barking dogs, cheap carpeting, low grade paint that scuffs easily, parking may not be real close depending on apartment location, numbers are difficult to figure out or see for delivery people and visitors, pet droppings on grass sometimes, garbage must be personally transported to compactor on property, no recycling, some units closely face others which can amplify outside noise such as kids playing etc, most units are surrounded on three sides therefore no cross ventilation, sat dishes allowed on ground only, small porches on some models. Lived here for many years, enjoyed most of it, rather expensive but for the money you get an above average apartment experience. May 10, 2013
