Rated 5 out of 5?by k8erpillar Excellent Community My husband and I just finished our one-year lease at EVA. We never had any issues with noise while living here; our building was very quiet. The grounds are well-kept and the pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse are very nice amenities, especially as they are all included in the price of rent. Maintenance on our unit was so-so; we sometimes had to call three or four times in order to get a problem resolved properly. One thing that really bothered us was that people were very disinclined to pick up after their dogs, and we always had to be very careful when walking around outdoors! Recently we also had a lot of difficulty with the gates not operating properly, which is a pain when trying to come in or out to or from Rt. 309. Overall, we had a very positive experience living at EVA. Had we not purchased a home, we definitely would have stayed longer. April 1, 2013
