Rated 4 out of 5?by Dave Village Square West I've lived here for almost 10 years and for the most part I'm happy. The grounds are well kept. My neighbors are good people. Crime has been almost non-existent in my complex. The staff are very friendly. Maintenance does a really good job at repairs. I only wish we could choose our electric company. The electric is a bit high. May 8, 2013

My favorite thing about the apartments is that u have a washer and dryer in the apartment brand New! I feel the kitchen could have been updated but other than that its great. April 21, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5?by Aaron Enjoyed our Stay We lived her for 2 years and really enjoyed it. The office staff was OK for a large apartment complex. The maintenance was very quick to any issues we have. My wife and I felt safe jogging alone at night. I really like our apartment with the den and once you do some decorating it was really nice. We took advantage of the gym, pool, and community garden which was nice. Overall I had a good experience compared to other place i have stayed at. The only issue is the staff is unorganized and could be of more help. January 30, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5?by Distigusted Taxpayer Bring your own Maintenance crew! I would not recommend this place. They lie to you to get you in the door & get an attitude when they are approached. The grounds are beautiful and the insides are low grade and cheap. You'd think for 1200 a month, they'd treat you better and upgrade all the apartments the same instead of the 1980 sinks the Korman Suite originally installed. 90% of the unit have NOT been upgraded as the pics present and they want you to pay if you want an upgraded kitchen. The lease manager is nasty & rude and talks about complaining tenants, while potential renters are there for appointments. During the storms I watched them ignore the phones ringing. From the day I moved here, I've been asking maint. Dept. to fix things and they lie like rugs. My apt. has tons of air leaks, that wouldn't take a lot to fix and they charge me for high heating bill. I was told,"Go to The depot & buy weather strip myself. The majority of the staff are cordial accept those too important to answer legitimate question or concern. Thank God my lease is almost up, I got better service in boot camp. December 3, 2012
