Rated 1 out of 5?by Johnny Don't live here!! I lived here for 6 months, absolutely terrible. Expensive rent for the size, expensive utilities ($100 a month for water and electricity?). Shower took 30 minutes to warm up in the morning. Using a microwave blows out the circuits. Air/heat were awful, too hot in summer, freezing in winter. I've spent a summer camping in a tent, and even that was better than staying at the Regency. It felt like living in an insane asylum, just drives you crazy. April 4, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5?by MommaD Too Small The building is beautiful on the outside and the inside lobby is very classic looking. But the fact that this building was once a hotel says a lot. The rooms are so tiny. I was looking at this apartment for my Daughter, and there was just no way this was going to work for her. We both loved the neighborhood though. November 6, 2012
