Rated 2 out of 5?by nikki90 Not worth the amount they charge I've lived here for three months. I got lucky with nice neighbors, but the people living in the townhouses are nosey. The office staff can be rude and they take FOREVER to get anything done. It took almost four weeks to get just a couple things fixed. The walls are thin too. If my tv is shut off, I can hear my neighbors. Also, I keep my house very clean, and I've been seeing cockroaches. Its really not worth what they charge for rent. September 22, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5?by bigdaddy7387 Cheap like Motel Cheap. It is old. The staff was nice until you moved in. One maintenance person for 110 units. Old outdated wiring. The place was not cleaned and had to be cleaned by myself when I moved in. It is low budget in every since of the word. I plan on staying until my lease ends and then moving to a more comfortable place which may cost more but is cleaner, is quiet and has a staff that cares about where they work and treat the people who live here with some kind of respect. I choose it mainly on price but that will not be my next issue. I will make my choice on the full offerings. My mistake but when the lease is up I will be leaving. March 8, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5?by 545454 Consistent 5 star satisfaction. I have lived here for 2 and a half yrs and am very pleased w/ the consistent quality of upkeep and repair of my unit and the property as a whole. There has been quick response to the few times I requested repairs. During this last harsh winter I always saw the staff shoveling and salting the walkways. The parking lot was always clear of show. The office staff has always made me feel welcomed to my presence and understanding to my quaint concerns. This service along w/ the beautiful apartment I rent is a value I have rarely come across before. All this at a monthly cost well below the other properties in town. There is also a good sense of community here. The other residents are friendly and respectful. We are a short walk from a Gym, Bowling, Dollar store and gas station. Krogers is a mile away along w/ a Hospital. All this says 5 star rating to me. April 5, 2013
