Rated 3 out of 5?by d-rock Not the Best I have lived here for three years and the major draw back is the noise. They do not require the second floor tenants to have any carpeting so it is like having a circus elephant living above you. Make sure you get a second floor apartment and annoy the people below you. The office staff is not that helpful, they are adequate. The Super Tom is helpful and courteous. When you decide to leave make sure you give proper notice or they will threaten you with a $600 fee, loss of your security deposit and rent on the apartment until it is re-rented. March 4, 2013

The community is not as updated as my previous one in Princeton but the community provides one of the best amenities and quality of buildings in Parsippany. They also have some apartments with large foyer as well as upgraded bathroom and kitchen areas. To start with, I reached out to almost 9 communities in Parsippany area and found the office staff here the best among all communities. They are congenial and also patient with customers' queries and issues. From management per say as well, this community has one of the best management staff. The community may not have major shopping areas within walking distance but it has a number of outlets in close distance. Buildings close to the main road (Parsippany Road) could have noise issues.
