Rated 1 out of 5?by locustrenter Not Recommended! Maybe a short term solution for students. Definitely not a long term place to live for a family or professionals. 1. After my husband and I paid the reservation fee and submitted the application for the apartment, no one called us for even one time. We had to call them several times to find out if our application went through, etc. 2. Unprofessional staff at leasing office. We had an appointment with one of the staff at the leasing office on our move-in day. Because of the moving and traffic, we were 20 minutes late. The staff called us and yelled at us such as "You are late. I'm the only one here..." Even that's true, there is no use for yelling at us. We were moving from out of state. 3. Very unfriendly neighbor. One of our neighbors has a big dog, which barks very loudly. Once it kept barking for over 10 minutes, and the owner was just standing there and talking to someone else. I asked her to calm her dog down. She said "there is nothing to do to calm him down. If it bothers you, then you have to wait till I go into the apartment". While the apartment building and unit itself is not bad, the experience here makes me can't wait to move out. April 7, 2013
