I've been here for about a year and it's totally convenient to just walk to work and they just let us know that we now have a CarShare Prius outside to use for longer drives, with free membership! For me that's a plus, because I don't own a car. They're always having events for us and letting us know about things to do Downtown. I've had enjoyed living here, because it fits my lifestyle! Rated 4 out of 5?by Joey42 Good community & location Unbelievably quiet and safe. The building is older but well maintained. I love the green space and the parks nearby and the views are unlike any other in the area. Office, lobby and other staff have always been nice and very helpful and the several parties a year are a nice added bonus. The thing that I like best is the secure entry points for the building. That makes a big difference. March 28, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5?by I lived here DO NOT MOVE HERE Worse management ever, ran by the rudest most inconsiderate lady I have ever dealt with! The manager will lie to your face and tell you anything to get you to move it and then not care or listen to you if you ever have an issue. Huge waste of money, then they will charge you a ton of money as soon as you leave, even if your place is clean, expect a couple hundred dollars worth of fees coming your way! February 6, 2013
