We are a pet friendly community and we welcome your pet to Hampton Gardens Apartments. Pet Deposit is $ 150.00 and a non-refundable fee of $150 with a maximum of two (2) pets allowed per apartment. The monthly pet rent is $20 per month. If you are found keeping a pet without the company's knowledge, the daily charge for an unauthorized pet is $10 per day, plus a $100 penalty fee. This charge can be assessed for each day back to the original day management discovered the pet in the apartment.
