The stars may be irrelevant, but I don't think I can post a review without applying stars review. I am not writing about the experience living there since I never lived there, but I did go to see the apartment. I will not be renting this place, because the staff was rude and condescending, and because the pictures of the outdoors was very misleading. There really is nowhere out of doors for the kids to go. But, most of all, the staff was rude and it was difficult to be polite in return even in a simple viewing with the behavior I was treated with, so I figure any communication with the staff would be met with the same condescending and rude behavior, which may make the entire stay miserable having to try to communicate with that very significant issue. Other than that, the amenities seem substantial for the price. Perhaps this would be better for men, since perhaps the person leading the viewing just doesn't like women, which it seemed that way to me. Or, maybe he doesn't like anybody. Not sure. I am concerned for the other people in this office if they have to deal with the put-downs on a daily basis.

Great location in Woodbury MN area but bit expensive. And I always felt that the leasing office / rental office staff / team is bit arrogant and not easy to communicate even at first instance like visit or email enquirey. But the Apt itself is good with good amenities fixtures and build quality but at the little bit expensive side even considering the fact that its bit far away from downtown st Paul area.
