Rated 2 out of 5?by vic131 This apartment community is dirty
The overall outside appearance of this community is worn and could use some upkeep. The garages are small and quite a distance from actual apartments. Apartments are small and squished together. Lacking in privacy.

We walked in with one of the leasing staff members, she was so nice, really sweet. Based solely on her kindness my boyfriend and I wanted to look into it more, but we couldn't.
We walked up to the front door (which had been kicked in from the look of it), as we entered the townhome the scent of cigarettes were overwhelming, she said they would be cleaning and making sure we didnt smell it, but you can't get that smell out, not the stench we were slapped with.
Then, upon actually looking around, there were 100's, yes, HUNDREDS of dead flies all around. No cleaning crew had been through there before the walk-through. The woman was incredibly embarrassed, trying to make the sale telling us they would be in here to do a "full clean sweep" of the place before anyone moved in. The carpet was stained, and the "washer/dryer hook up" was a sham. They literally have JUST a washer/dryer hook up, you have to RENT those amenities, and more $$ each month for rentals of the equipment. Their website it quite misleading regarding that, because that was a selling point for myself, and once we realized we had to rent those as well, it was a obvious 'No'. This maybe an inexpensive place to rent, but if you include the $40 parking space, for EACH person, plus washer/dryer rental, the price is comparable to a much better residence.
The community seemed great, people were really friendly, but the actual townhome was atrocious. Hopefully we were just were shown a fluke of a place, and usually they are kept much better. There is no porch, the porch area is the front entrance, everyone has grills outside their house, which was odd to me, no privacy.
