Rated 1 out of 5?by Building is poorly maintain and smoking is an issue... Great location and a beautiful new building, however the management has cut the staff in half and is poorly managed. When we first moved in the building was very well kept and clean. The main areas of the building and hallways are often dirty and there is an unusual smell in the lobby. The building is suppose to be smoke free, but tenants are smoking and it does not appear management is enforcing the regulation. You can find people smoking in the party room, deck and the hallways often smell of smoke. It is definitely not worth the money you pay for rent. January 28, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5?by Management is not competent There is dog feces everywhere outside. There is even feces in the "dog hallway". It usually takes days to get cleaned up. Management knows that people choose not to pick up after their pet's yet nothing is ever done about it. Not worth what you have to pay to live here given the circumstances. March 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5?by Great place and very efficient office staff We've stayed here and moved out sometime back. The place is just great. Its a new apartment so everything is new... appliances, wooden floor etc The balcony doors are super duper sound proof and we were glad about this because we faced the side that has got the water park and during summer weekends it usually got really noisy. The management team is awesome! A 5* to them. Its a pet friendly apartment with a lot of thought laid down to that. Underground parking is airy and gets washed quite often. Location couldn't be any better... Target and Byerly's, USPS, a walking trail, movie theater and less than 2 mins away from MN 100. Its got all that we wanted, and so it may be a little pricey but its probably the best places we've stayed in till now. And yes, the 10th floor terrace with outdoor seating is a great place to unwind after a hard day at work! February 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5?by Great location, beautiful building but pricey We've lived at 36 Park Apartments for three months and absolutely love it. Walking distance to Wolfe Park, Target, Byerly's, the Post Office, Park Nicollet clinics, plus shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. Near Cedar Lake Trail, and just a five minute drive to the Lakes and Uptown. Dog-friendly building with its own dog washing station! Gorgeous indoor/outdoor common areas, both on the ground floor and top (10th) floor. Staff is wonderful - very friendly and prompt with issues. Apartments are contemporary and stylish, and building appears to have solid, quality construction throughout. Rent is fairly high, but it includes one underground parking space. One small negative is the stairwell - we have one bedroom next to the stairway, and the steel construction sounds like a drum when the occasional person runs the stairs. However, we use that bedroom as an office, so it isn't as much of an issue for us. Renters vary widely in age, which makes for an enjoyable mix. Management organizes great activities - the latest included Twins tickets and a luxury bus ride to Target Field. Great place to live! August 29, 2013
