Rated 3.7 out of 5?by 3 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5?by Nice Place I have lived here for about 4 years. Yes there are good and bad things just like any place. I have stayed because of the convenience, how large my apartment is, 24/7 emergency maintenance and friendly office staff. I do have a few things I don't "love".. lack of amenities.. they have a playground and some park bench swings.. oh and barbecues. Another thing I don't particularly like is the storage is first come first serve. Whenever I have had an issue, it got resolved fairly quick. I have rented at other places where "suggestions" have gone in one ear and out the other so to know issues get attended to is nice. I am writing this because I overheard a neighbor of mine that was upset about something minuscule and ranted how they were going to put horrible reviews on all of Parkviews' ads.. I will not disclose the issue.. but I will say it was petty and management handled in a timely and polite manner. This said person has lived here (from what I have heard) for years. If they are that unhappy they would have moved already. November 5, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5?by This apartment community is THE WORST The neiborhood is ok- you still get kids messing around. The maintenance service is horrible- they wait forever to fix things and they never clean the carpet in the halls. The office staff are good at first appearance but after you move in they tend to ignore the things that are broken and you need fixed. The kids in this area are really noisy and you can hear people talking out in the hall. The overall value wouldn't be good. The halls tend to skink often. And they do have refurnished apartments but in my opoin they cost too much. They don't really have a lot of space. August 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5?by A great home for everyone! We have lived at Parkview for almost six years now and have been thoroughly pleased. What we love about Parkview: * spacious apartment with extra storage available - we have a 2 bedroom with a walk-in closet * management staff on site 6 days a week - easy to reach and handle any issues or concerns in a timely manner * ability to plant. - we live on first floor and love to garden; a lot of places have restrictions on what you can plant and where if it at all. * overall, a quiet community that feels like "home". * centrally located -close to coon rapids blvd and the Coon Rapids Dam; however, it feels like we are our own community surrounded by peaceful trees For an apartment community, this is by far the best one we have ever lived at. I have lived at a lot of different places growing up and so far Parkview has them all beat. Yes, from time to time we have the minor issues.. Like someone playing music too loud, putting their bike on our patio, and once in awhile someone speeding through the parking lot. However, Parkview staff on site are always there ASAP taking care of any issue or concern or to just see how things are going. We would recommend Parkview to anyone; whether you are a first time renter, have children, new to the state, etc. June 13, 2013
