Ratings & Reviews

Rated 2.5 out of 5?by 2 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5?by This Community Is Okay The landscape is beautiful. The management and maintenace staff is responsive. The neighbors are quiet. The apartment is cozy, just right for a family of four, but the TRAINS are LOUD and constant. I have just moved in, so I will probably get used to it. The storage facilities could be bigger and cleaner too. These are the only drawbacks, but they are definitely not deal breakers. Especially since everything else is fine. September 10, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5?by Not as good as you think it will be. They let ANYBODY move in here. It's in canton, but may as well be Taylor. The people in the apartment above us destroyed their toilet and it flooded MY bathroom, hallway, and master bedroom. While the staff was prompt in getting to my apartment to start the cleanup process, they would not replace our carpet. They insisted that the water was clean and that blowing a few fans 24/7 for a week would fix it. I have two cats that had constant respiratory issues while we lived there. Since moving they are 100% better. They use the cheapest matte paint that will show EVERY scuff and fingerprint then charge to repaint even though one of the maintenance men told me that they repaint every apartment after someone moves out. They claim to have the carpets professionally cleaned before you move in but that is a huge lie. All they do is vacuum and scotch guard it. Our feet were filthy constantly after we moved in. Dog owners never get in trouble for not picking up dog poo. This leaves all the big grassy areas useless for kids unless you enjoy cleaning poo off of shoes. The walls are paper thin. I could easily hear any conversation my neighbors were having and, if their phone volume was loud enough, their phone conversations (not on speaker phone). No matter how light footed your upstairs neighbor is he/she will sound like an elephant on a pogo stick when they walk around. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1 is because the school district is great. It was the main reason we chose these apartments. July 26, 2013
