Rated 1 out of 5?by Linziepaige move out bill After I gave my notice to move out, gave my last check and then gave keys after I moved out, I was never told about a walk through. I was then sent a bill for $260. They brought it down to $60 after they forgot I paid a pet deposit. They never told me I had the option to walk through with them. They said they had to replace the carpet because of one spot for $200. They didn't handle this well and felt they were trying to take advantage of me and didn't care if they burned bridges. Though the apartment location is great, I will never rent an apartment at this complex again; mainly, because of their false advertising. They advertise lease options as 1, 3, 6 month or 1 year lease. The less time you stay the more you pay. But what they don't tell you is that if you sign a 1 or 3 month lease you are then locked into that price indefinitely, whether you sign a year lease later or not. Also, it's pricey for the space and what you get. In my opinion, it was not worth the overall cost. March 6, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5?by Adam lights I live here right now. The exterior lights for both mine and my next door neighbors are out. I complained about my lights a couple of days ago and nothing happened. I work at night and its after 11:30 when I get home. My neighbor's light went out yesterday. I went today to complain again and honestly only one person in the office seems to care. The person I originally complained to and talk to today just tried to put a spin on it so the apartment complex would not be blamed. She said that it wasn't an emergency. Well I consider coming home late at night in the dark and not having a lighted hallway so i don't have to fumble for key a safety issue, thus an emergency. December 24, 2012
