Rated 1 out of 5?by Unhappy I had to pay two months rent in advance as deposit to move into this complex. The carpets were filthy and there were a lot of things that needed repair. The apartment wasn't even clean. I lived there for six months and always paid on time. I had a pet and paid extra for that extra each month. When I moved I made sure the carpets had been cleaned, all appliances were cleaned (which was more than when I moved in), and all bathrooms were cleaned. After a month I called inquiring where my deposit was and they informed me they haven't even gone into the apartment yet for an inspection. Then came a letter stating I owed them for replacing the carpet for pet damage and the apartment was filthy. They put my credit in major damage as I refused to pay. They already had two months rent deposit and six month extra rent for pet damage. My now husband and I made sure everything was spotless. The management was always mean and rude. I really would think twice about moving here. There are many more just as nice apartment complexes in Lexington. May 9, 2013

The apartments and townhomes are roomy, impressive with more than a touch of class: garage, private entrance, balcony or patio, fireplace available, vaulted ceiling, walk-in closets...everything it takes to make an important home on the inside, and Rabbit Run is equally appealing on the outside.
