Rated 1 out of 5?by jenn ROACHES MOTEL! This place has a very beautiful and homey model apartment that they like to trick people with. When in reality your moving in to a very dirty unhealthy home. The floor plans are not at all the same as promised and be sure took look behind the fridge for your new room mates! ROACHES. As well as the rodent problem i over heard there very own maintenance man talking about in there apt. There ploy is to trick you in to holding an apt. for $150 after you look at the pretty model home in hopes that you either decide your stuck and half to pay rent for you and all 21326546465132 roommates or hope you leave and then they get to keep your deposit. Yes there cheap but there cheap for a reason. Sincerely, short changed June 3, 2013
