I liked that it was close to post and close to the highway, but those are about the only two positives going for these apartments. The staff is probably what ruins it the most. Some are friendly, but others are rude, less welcoming, and not very approacheable. Falls below expectations for what they demand for rent. Consider other options. May 2, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5?by doubleohasian Don't make a year long mistake. This place is terrible. We PCS'd here from Germany and were told about this place over phone. Because of the time sensitive nature of my move, we were given only 1 day to choose location to live. We were told 900 would be the rent for a furnished apt, and that a 1 bedroom would be availible. When we showed and paid all application fees ect, we were told only 2 bedroom was availible. So now we're stuck in a 2 bedroom furnished apartment at 1100 rent. The "furnished" had only a bed, a couch, table, coffee table, and end tables. No drawers for our clothes, no microwave to cook our food, no plates forks or knives, and no TV. We were told there were washer and drier hook ups, that was a lie. This is right near the airfield and there is constant helicopters flying overhead creating constant noise. Also the ONLY person we are supposed to deal with because this is a furnished apt is Vonda, yet we have never met her and spoken to her on the phone twice. All mailboxes are in 1 location and the parking lot layout is such we have to drive to get our mail. The only good thing about this place is that it is so close to base. February 15, 2013
