Rated 1 out of 5?by This used to be quite a nice place to live. Until JC Hart sold this property to LT Property Mgmt, it was a very quiet and upscale place to live. After the new owners took over and installed new mgmt, things have gone steadily downhill. I definitely wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone now. There is no maintenance upon request...it is spotty at best. The grounds are filled with animal waste and poison ivy, and when a tenant does complain about anything, the mgmt bad mouths them to other tenants. Obsurd rent increases come when the lease is up for renewal with no discounts given for extended lease periods. The noise combined with the much lower class of people has made this complex one step above Section 8 housing. Many many long term tenants are leaving or have already left after JC Hart sold this property. Please think twice before renting here. June 3, 2013
