Rated 4 out of 5?by Rent increases I like living at Arbor Lakes and the main issues I see are the fact that the parking rules aren't enforced and the rent goes up every year. I realize costs go up for the aparment complex management and owners, but the rent increases shouldn't be yearly. I have been told that other complexes don't raise the rates every year. Rated 4 out of 5?by Really nice These are really nice apartments. We live in the largest newest apartment. I wish there was more storage but it feels like a home more than an apartment. Staff is very friendly. Maintenance service isn't quit as good. They show up but because Arbor Lakes is so big it takes awhile to get service. Prices could be a little less expensive especially for the pet fee. February 1, 2013
