Rated 5 out of 5?by You'll be happy you signed a lease here! My husband and I have lived at The Commons for almost 3 years and don't have any complaints! Management is in the building every day. Karen, the Property Manager, is always friendly and answers questions quickly with professionalism. The building is kept in amazing condition. I've even seen the elevator walls being cleaned! The hotel carts are great when you have big or bulky items to bring up from the garage. Located 5 minutes from 94, it's an ideal location! When a maintenance request is left, Carlos, the Maintenance Supervisor, handles it quickly and efficiently (usually within a few hours!). He's professional and very knowledgeable. Apartments are pretty sound proof. We never hear the upstairs neighbors. We LOVE the radiant heat and indoor heated garage! Neighbors are friendly and the building feels very safe. I'd recommend this complex to anyone! We're sad to be moving soon but have very happy memories of our time at The Commons! April 18, 2013

The location is the best if you look for a great school district and convenient shopping. The quality of amenities is very good except for a noisy a/c and heating. Although it's a bit pricy, this apartment does provide a good value for the tenants. I have been living here for almost 3 years, and pretty happy about this community. March 13, 2013

They keep this building in excellent condition. I have never had any issues that were not immediately addressed. The residents living here are very respectful of their neighbors and the building is always quite. Great location too! January 22, 2013
