Rated 3 out of 5?by NICE COMMUNITY BUT DIFFICULT TO GET IN. I AM NOT A TENANT, BUT HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES. EACH TIME I VISIT, THERE'S ALWAYS ANOTHER HURDLE OR REQUIREMENT TO MEET OR DATA TO COLLECT. STAFF SHOULD MAKE PRINTED COPIES OF THEIR REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH APPLICANT SO THAT THEY'LL BE AWARE OF EVERYTHING THEY NEED IN ORDER TO LEASE A UNIT. May 1, 2013
