My name is Henry and I have been in these apartment since 03/2012 and many things have changed. Its name changed from Madison to Cascades at Breckinridge. I have a small family of four and two dogs and have two cars. I live here for 13 months and have not had an issue with anyone but then again i'm a very easy going person. People around my area show my wife and kids respect and havent had any sort of problem.
Pros:
- LOW RENT PRICES
- New Staff is Amazing - Each one of them is very helpful - I think their names are
Julie, Julie, April and Doris (Super cool gal# - Always seem to find an answer to my problem or issues and trust me, I have many.
- Maintenance Staff is on point - Thanksgiving our whole kitchen power went off and this one maintenance man, I forgot his name, called his buddy and they figured out some way to get the power back on. It wasnt a easy task and I really do appreciate him going out his way to accommodate us. Give that man a raise!
- New renovation thats paying off - New Roof, landscapping etc.
- Right off of I85 and Pleasant Hill
- Farmers Market, Publix, Walmart no more than 2 -6 mins away
- Nice Pool with a lock that only tenants have
- Neighbors in Building 11 #My Building) mind their own business and are friendly
- New Ferguson Elementary school - One block away from the apartment community and I am extremely happy with the school and teachers - Bus Stop is in front of the leasing office
- Police officer lives on premises
- Pet Friendly - Many Pet stations
- Easy to get in and out provided you have the right Gate code
Cons:
- Designated parking for one car so you will need to park your other car in a different spot
- Playground a decent size but wish it was bigger
- Apartment are a tad bit dated
All in all, some people can complain about every little thing but I am much more interested in the bigger picture. They have really satisifed my basic needs for the time I was there. I would continue to live there if I could but I am moving to my Aunts House. I hope this helps to any potential new residents.
