Rated 1 out of 5?by Brent Review This place obviously looks like converted public housing units which pretty much explains the extremely cheap rent. It looks out dated and cheaply renovated. Don't move there if you unless you're down with "project" based living! December 13, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5?by Amey Cheap Rent, Good Place Though I've lived here and recently moved back in. I searched high and low for the same quality of place and price and found nothing. While living here previuosly I had no issues other than some neighbors playing music from time to time. Never had any bugs, the people in the office actually cares about this place. I can agree they are involved in knowing who lives here. ( I think is good) Con. loction to everything, happy I moved back I cant seem to agree with any of the post because things have been good for me I moved back here. October 17, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5?by unknown Nice on the outside...terrible once you sign papers Apartment complex has roach infestion inside walls. During the summer months the one A/C window unit doesnt keep home cool. The office staff are very picky and nosy. Great location right by MARTA and Kroger but I would not recommend anyone live here October 16, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by shelia this is not the ideal complex I went and applied for a one bedroom, I was told i had to pay a application fee of $35 dollars and i was turned down for the apartment. I have excellent work history, no criminal background and i have excellent rental history but i was turned down for the apartment. I will not advise anyone to apply there because they may loose their application fee and that may be all that they have.. I just had to share that. July 24, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5?by Eddie Surprised At Quality For A Older Community Quality of apartment I did not imagine for it to be so clean and quiet. Office staff is okay and actually cares about this place. I've dealt with worst. I can honestly say I made a good decision when moving here. The prices are not overwhelming, they are just right. Hardwood floors, I can walk to Kroger and Marta stops directly in front of this place. No washer and dryer connections but there is a laundry mat literally across the street. No pool, playground, but the price out weighs all that. Would recommend this place any day. May 21, 2013
