Rated 4 out of 5?by Cheri58 Quiet, clean and safe community environment Since I have lived in this community, it has been a good experience. It is quiet, the leasing staff is great and very responsive to any maintenance issues and are very helpful and friendly. When I moved in the unit, it was clean and a new dishwasher and refrigerator was provided. Some appliances are a little loud since they are not top of the line; however, they are good for renting. I feel safe and security patrols the grounds daily. The location of the apartment complex is near shopping centers and is convenient to downtown City Place and the airport. This is great since I moved to West Palm Beach from California. November 5, 2012
