Rated 4 out of 5?by ecq329 Great for the Low Price I just moved in a few weeks ago. So far the neighbors have all been very nice. It is quiet and clean. The only downside is no W/D hookups and the gym is kund of small. Otherwise maintenance is very good and staff is super friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend Courtney Cove to anyone who is looking for something nice and affordable. March 11, 2013

They need better management and office staff. And when the do fix it it is only half way. Im sry I moved my family in here We are moving when lease is up and I wont recommend these apartments to anyone. December 19, 2012
