Rated 5 out of 5?by KP Simply Amazing! Great place to live. The ladies up front do a good job at taking care of you and catering to your every need. From leases to maintenance issues they're superb. The apartments are all renovated and the pool is always clean. If I didn't have to move due to school, I'd stay another 10 years! June 12, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5?by Matt Fabulous Place to Live I have lived at Cypress Gardens for the past two years and it hurts to say goodbye. This place became my home away from home while I was attending college. The front office staff where amazing. They are very friendly, professional and always willing to help. Maintenance was so efficient too. I lived in a few other properties are Tallahassee and I can tell you horror stories about there maintenance staff but not here. I will miss you Cypress Gardens.
