Rated 3 out of 5?by EarnieF A community in decline. Fair value for the price.Lived there for 5 years. Some buildings are located within 50 yards of train tracks. Buildings shake when trains come through. Area is growing but still 20 minutes to most attractions. Last summer the pool area seemed to be closed as much as it was open for use. The business office needs updating. Faxing service allowed to deteriate until a broken printer/fax was left in the business office for over six months. The manager is often aloof and not accessable. Office staff relay messages to the manager who never returns them personally. A courtesy officer is reported to be employed but is never seen and calls to the service go unanswered. The one really great and constant thing about the complex is the maintenance staff. They have to be the best there is. They are very prompt, knowledgeable, cordial and professional. May 17, 2013
