I was mainly looking for somewhere that i could stash my stuff and sleep because i worked and went to school all the time. My stay was sort of short lived there due to financial reasons but the 7 months i was there were great. The property is located in a great area. Its not too close to UF and Shands that you'd have a problem with parking but just close enough to keep you from having to buy a permit and still make it to work or school in time. Its off of 16th so its super close to archer rd. So, If you get hungry late at night there's always somewhere close by to catch a bite. Management there was excellent; Nichole and Mckenna rock!!! Nichole went over and above her duties of a landlord to make my stay extra enjoyable, I love this chick. I only had two things tear up on me the whole time i was there and that was my ceiling fan and my air conditioner. Maintenance was prompt with getting it fixed and gave me a loaner until my new one came in. Much love to Mr. William and the maintenance crew. My neighbors were always curteous and it was always quiet except on game nights when the building right behind mine would have an occasional party. The buildings are a little older than some of the newer ones now so, of course there was no central air or heat but the window units that they have would still heat and cool the entire apartment. So, All in all with that being said I'd have to give Frederick Gardens a 4 Star Review.They aren't perfect but they're pretty Darn Close for the price. December 12, 2012
