Rated 1 out of 5?by Calindachi25 No A/C or Electricity But Lots of Bugs The A/C has gone out on my unit twice and it was over 90 degrees outside the second time. Because everything is new maintenace cannot or will not fix any problems. They wait for several days for the contractor. I didn't have electricity in the front of my apartment for 4 days. The electricity flashes out constantly 2 - 3 times a week. You cannot take a hot shower and wash clothes at the same time. The complex is really flooded when it rains. They have a pest problem there are flying insects inside my apartment that even pest control can't get rid of them. Crystal the property manager is not helpful or understanding. April 23, 2013
