Rated 4 out of 5?by Master_Av8r Awesome community in an awesome town!! I was instantly drawn to the hometown feel of Parker. I chose Briargate specifically, for 2 reasons. Most importantly, the floor plans- open and spacious w tall ceilings and huge patio (hurry Spring) Next, Location- just a short walk to anywhere- Downtown, Starbucks, Library, and my lady's fave- Hobby Lobby. Can't wait for warmer weather, when we can walk downtown with our little dog and really experience all that such a great location has to offer! March 26, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5?by Clark27 Property Management is Poor, Renters Beware I have lived at Briargate on Main for almost a year now and have learned one huge problem with the property is the management. The property loves to tell you about all of the extras it offers but unfortunately none of them are properly cared for or maintained. For example, every time I use the gym there is at least one or two pieces of cardio equipment out of order. This is normally not a big problem but when the property does not fix the equipment for 6 or more weeks it shows a real lack of customer service. Second, the bathrooms at the property are rarely clean, stocked with paper towel/soap or even toilet paper! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to check the bathrooms at least two times a day, fast food places check their restrooms more. Finally, a second floor apartment recently flooded and management did not inform any other residents in the same complex to check for water damage in their apartment. It was only through careful inspection of my entire apartment that I found that water had also come into my apartment. Had I been out of town I would not have known of the damage and returned to a completely destroyed apartment. The lack of customer service, property management and common courtesy is unacceptable for the amount you pay per month to live here. Renters BEWARE! January 17, 2013
