Rated 2 out of 5?by Nate Good Location, poor management I have lived in these apartments for almost 6 months and while the location and physical apartments are great, the management company is extremly poor. The apartments are all $1000+ apartments and you would expect a competent staff, but they fail at even the basics. Before moving in, I was not provided several forms that had requirements of things to bring at move-in (like a certified money order or cash only accepted). After driving 16 hours, finding that I did not have what was needed was less than thrilling. I still have not gotten a copy of my lease and it took 4 months of me showing them proof of renter's insurance before they would take the renter's insurance off my lease. Then they started allowing on-line payments which I thought was a great idea (I just stood in the office for 15 minutes with a check, but nobody every showed up....), but they charge a $50-65 processing fee every month! I understand a small fee, but no $600-$780 extra dollars a year! What a rip off! Overall, if you never have to deal with the office, the apartments are very nice and the location is great. It is just too bad that a great property is going to get poor reviews because the management company is so poor. December 31, 2012
