They will try to charge you for things that you don't owe when you move out and say that the $150 that you paid when you moved in was not a security deposit when it says directly on THEIR website that it IS a security deposit. They will lose your forwarding address and try to send things to your last known address....the apartment in THEIR complex that you just moved out of. The first floor apartments have tons of bugs and my cat killed a mouse in my apartment as well. There is ONE trash compactor for the entire complex and most of the time it is overflowing with trash. While I was a resident there they also changed to a new management company and got rid of the night drop box for rent which was very inconvenient and I have never lived in another complex that did not have a night drop box. Very, very disappointed in Courtney Downs and I strongly advise against leasing there. February 21, 2013
