Rated 1 out of 5?by disgruntleddoc Dont be fooled by their fake sales pitch Was told by Dave that my deposit would be refunded if I did not end up moving in, and so I went ahead and put the deposit down one and a half months before move in date. In the meantime, I kept looking for a place to live, as I was never sold on this place and location. I called a week before move in date, and let them know that I was not planning on moving in, and requested for a refund, which I was then told the deposit is non-refundable. Of course I have nothing in writing or an audio recording of my conversation with Dave, and once again, wish I had. At the end of the day, it's only $200, but it leaves a bad enough taste in my mouth that I feel like I need to share this experience with prospect tenants. Be careful and do NOT believe the things they say. Hope you guys don't get scammed $200 like I did. January 5, 2013
