Rated 3 out of 5?by 3 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5?by RETHINK YOUR DECISION TO MOVE HERE My husband and I lived in this complex for 13 months. During that time the apartment complex was terrible. Our AC broke and a vent in our hallway was leaking water from the ceiling, when we called the maintenance crew to get this fixed it took them 10 days to come and check it out. Water related problems are to take priority over all other requests, and the fact that my ceiling was leaking water didn't seem to bother anyone but my husband and I. Our balcony was surrounded by pine trees and during the summer we had a terrible bug infestation. When I called the leasing office to get someone out to spray the patio it took them one week to come out. By that time our patio was covered in bugs and we could not even go outside without getting bit by something. Then once they had sprayed the patio, they tried sending me a bill for the service. I, very nicely, told them that they could shove that bill, and I was not going to pay for a service on a patio that I didn?t own. Another month we paid our rent online, as we did every month, and a few days after our rent posted I got a notice taped to my door stating that we owed $75.00 in late fees. I called the leasing office and I spoke with a woman (name will not be mentioned) who said that our rent was late getting to them because there was a "system issue on their end" and they did not get the rent in the allotted time. Again very calmly, I told them they could shove the bill. I told them that I was not going to be penalized for something that was wrong with their online system. My online payment posted to my bank account before the rent was to be considered late and they insisted that I was late. Everyone in the leasing office is rude and disrespectful. When you call them for something they always have to call you back or get a manager to call you back. The manager there, again no name going to be mentioned, will not return your calls if her life depended on it. You will have to keep wasting your time calling until one day she, amazingly, will not be in a meeting or out of the office. This place is by far the worst complex that I have ever dealt with. If you plan on moving in here, you have a long and challenging road ahead of you. The best thing about this review is the moving out story. A few days ago, about 5 days, we got a bill in the mail from Terracina about damages done to the apartment and our bill for those damages. They are trying to tell me that in the 13 months that we were in the apartment, we damaged the carpet in the entire apartment. When I moved out I cleaned the carpets, as well as the whole apartment. I do not see how 2 people, who the majority of the times were in the living room, destroyed the carpet in the ENTIRE apartment. There were a few stains in the dining room, which I will pay for cleaning, but I will not pay for carpet replacement in a walk in closet that help only boxes the whole time we were there. They are insisting that we had pet damage, WE DONT HAVE PETS!! How can a nonexistent pet create nonexistent damage? They are stating that we need to pay for the whole apartment to be painted. When we removed our wall mounted TV there was a slight whole in the wall. I will pay for that. I am not going to pay for the entire apartment to be painted when there was nothing wrong with the paint when I vacated the apartment. I EVEN WASHED THE WALLS BEFORE I MOVED OUT!! This complex has a habit of breaking CA Tennant laws left and right with no regard for other people. They will disrespect you at the drop of a dime and they will try to charge you for things that you shouldn?t be charged for. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX. July 10, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5?by Nice community for good price, but... Try to go more than once to visit the property and to see around. May 24, 2014
