Rated 1 out of 5?by So frustrating! When we first applied, they said they would check our credit and get back to us the next day. They waited until two days after to let us know the employment verification didnt go through. They called my boyfriend's manager, who told them to call another number because she can't legally verify his employment. They ended up calling the manager three or four more times within two days. They had us go around in circles trying to get everything they asked for, and when you brought it to them, they said it wasn't good enough and we needed something else. I recently found a well-paying job, but they were suspicious because I hadn't been working there long (a month and a half) and even my bank statements weren't enough (even though I make sufficient money, and our rental history is superb). Finally, five days later, they tell me I can't run a business out of the apartment, so we can't get the apartment. They drug us around, has us run all across town trying to get this paperwork, and that paperwork, and then back again when it wasn't good enough, and they finally tell us we can't get the apartment, because of a reason that should've been let known from the beginning.
