Rated 5 out of 5?by Mark Great Place to live! I recommend Northridge Terrace Apartments to any one looking for an affordable apartment without compromising that "Good Neighborhood feeling". I can't begin to tell you how quiet it is here, from time to time we have kids peeling out in an adjacent parking lot but thats not the apartment Management's fault. I live here with my wife and children and we have been blown away by the way the grounds are kept clean. We have a good community here on a first name basis. The apartments are old but as nice as can be expected with that much character. All in all this is an apartment you could feel safe and confident with moving your family into. December 18, 2012

Northridge Terrace Apartments is only minutes from freeway access,Sunrise Mall, Sunrise Market Place,American River Access,Country Club golf course, and American River College, but far enough away to offer a quiet location. The apartments are arranged in a fourplex building. Our community offers assigned parking as well as on-street parking. In select apartments we offer, brand new berber cut carpets, wood style flooring, new cabinets throughout and a large enclosed patio area.
