Rated 2 out of 5?by Was ok, but had issues. Office staff: Ruth was amazing. Very friendly, remembered who we were, knew what was going on, etc. Everyone else we encountered was awful. They told us conflicting things, were rude, and unhelpful. Parking: Before moving in, know that you have one assigned spot ( ours was two buildings away from our apt) and if you don't park in that spot or on the street, you WILL get towed. Even if you park in an unmarked spot right outside your apt. It wouldn't have been so bad had they explained the parking situation. Just know that they are strict and won't explain it to you beforehand. Once we realized the rules, we stayed out of trouble. Deposit: We got back some of our deposit, but we got charged for more than we should have. Had we known we would get charged for what we did, we wouldn't have bothered cleaning or fixing drywall holes, etc. Neighborhood was a little sketchy, but not bad for escondido. Never really had a maintenance issue so I can't speak to that. Other than that, its a normal apt. Its been our least favorite apt so far, but it could have been worse. Glad to have moved out.
