Rated 2 out of 5?by tcam Minnewawa apartments are an ok I have lived here for a few months and am looking for another place. The single panel apartments are not isolating noise and what is used to be a senior living is no longer a quiete neighborhood. Free-spirited motorcyclists explode the air with the noise at any time of a day or night. Periodically, invasions of bugs of all sorts can be very disturbing and the management might tell you to wait untill the next scheduled visit of an expterminator. The pool area is very poor. Shopping, schools, and essential services are nearby with easy access to Freeway 168 and the City of Clovis, with its busy calendar of events. Our lovely grounds feature tree wood carvings scattered throughout. Where else can you live side-by-side with raccoons, bears, and owls?
