Rated 2 out of 5?by Joe Nice place but too noisy This apartment is located next to the mall, downtown Brea, and the freeway, which is great. It is well-maintained and the apartments are spacious. However, the noise is intolerable. Children are left to scream incessantly during the day and in the evening in the pool/courtyard areas without parental moderation. You can hear their screaming throughout the complex. They have noise limits for adults in the evening (which is really just a few hours), but not for kids who are free to scream and disturb the community at all hours of the day. I realize kids are noisy but there is a difference between just playing and being ridiculous. Parents and the management should moderate this noise and put time limits on screaming/use of communal areas for the benefit of everyone who lives here. May 18, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5?by Amy87 Price doesn't equal quality Maybe they were rushing building the apartment during 2008. Each unit has weird dripping noise from the wall. Elevators have problems all the time. Parking garage has leak.. That will damage your car paint. Paying almost $2000 per month definitely not worth it. January 25, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5?by becareful Be careful when you move out Make sure you take lots of photos and document everything when you leave. They will charge you for carpet replacement and full re-paint, even if you never had any pets or if you never even hung anything on the walls. I was charged for replacement carpet after we moved due to "pet stains and urine odor". I never had a cat or dog, or any other pets in our apartment the whole year we lived there. When I contacted the office, they responded with "it might have been the people who lived there before". Just be careful... December 21, 2012
