Rated 5 out of 5?by Teddybear77 Just love my apartment I moved here almost a year ago after searching for an apartment FOREVER! I finally made up my mind and chose Raintree and I'm glad I did. The area is nice and it is close to my job which is a plus. My main complaint is that sometimes the leaf blowers are out there blowing leaves at like 8:30-9:00am but it's not that big of a deal. I get it, they want to keep the complex looking nice. Overall, this place is one of the best I have lived at and I have lived in 6 different apartments over the years January 26, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5?by mcasas13 terrible place to live, you;ll be sorry just be warned, this place is not what it seems. really noisy and the complex does not care about the well being of the tenants. The yearly rent raise is ridiculous and the excuse? (" since people are losing their homes, they are being forced to rent an apartment with us") so that being said, instead of helping families stay in a decent home, they are forced to pay a ridiculous amount of money for a really awful apartment and i cant wait to leave this place ...., if you decide to move in YOU WILL BE SORRY December 5, 2012
