Rated 1 out of 5?by LOOKS ELSE WHERE!! Worst place to live! Even if the rent is cheaper, it's still not worth it. I would rather pay rent at a much higher price than to live in a unsafe pest infested apartment! Yes, the staff is very friendly-until you move in. Everything APPEARED to be good once I moved in. The roaches seem to enjoy the place much better than I do. Pest control can't even control them-no matter how clean the place maybe...If rent is 1 day late, that's a extra $100-150. You pay for a utility bill that is one set price, does not matter if you use that much or not. No paking space, people lingering around and drinking late at night...this is not the place to go walking or running or just enjoy the view-its not safe at all....Im already looking else where to move...Im to the point where I am willing to break the lease and move to a safer neighborhood. Rated 4 out of 5?by I'm Loving it! I moved in 2 months ago and I had a water leak inside the apartment. The maintenace staff was prompt in fixing the issue. Once they finished it they also called me the next day to make sure everything was ok. That was good service that I did not expierence the last place I lived. I am LOVING the movie theater and new fitness center. February 7, 2013
