Things where broken when I moved in. They showed me a place that had a dishwasher and then rented me a place that did not. When I moved out they kept over half of the deposit without an explanation of why, despite repeated attempts to clarify. The website to manage the lease is outdated and confusing. Skip this place unless you have nowhere else to go.

I recently moved out of 613 Portland St. since my job relocated me to another state. I had a wonderful living experience there and definitely recommend checking out these apartments. The customer service was good and there was always somebody available to talk to me if I had any questions. The apartment was very modern looking and perfect for my needs. Wish I could have lived there longer. Thank you Zahlco
Absolutely love living here. Management is super responsive and attentive and the leasing team were extremely helpful in helping me find and settle into my new home. The apartment is also really nice and great location.
I had toured with Becky and she was super nice and accomodating. As a student I felt like it was a really good place for me and my roommate. I appreciate everything the Zahlco team continues to provide me and the rest of the community.
Careful before you fill out an application for this place. They will tell you one thing at first regarding the monthly rental price so you will pay the application fee, then they will raise that on you once you are ready to commit to a lease. False advertising and misleading even with excellent credit. It's really unfortunate how this place operates.

Hi, We apologize this happened to you and you feel you were mistreated. The apartment rent amount is predetermined and I am unsure where the miscommunication occurred. The units vary in size which may cause some misunderstanding, but as most apartments the rent will be determined by the sq. footage.
It felt like pulling teeth for someone to call me back to visit the property. When I made 3 separate appointments to see an apartment they were cancelled without notice the day of. The property manager who finally ended up showing us the unit, didn't have the keys, wasn't on time, the whole visit was rushed, COMPLETE LIE about parking available - street parking is permitted and if you live here you will not be able to obtain a permit. The units are nice - minus the toddler kitchen.

The location is great and the management was beyond helpful in all aspects. It was truly a pleasure living here and i would recommend it to all my friends and family. Alinor (the leasing agent) was really amazing in helping me find the right place for me to call home.
